San Antonio Education Partnership

The San Antonio Education Partnership (SAEP) was established in 1989 by a group of San Antonio city leaders. Mayor Henry Cisneros gathered an integral group of education innovators representing the City of San Antonio, leaders of the local colleges and universities, superintendents of the local school districts, Communities Organized for Public Services (COPS), and Metro Alliance.
