Sapere Aude Consortium, Inc

The Sapere Aude Consortium (from the Latin phrase, Dare to Know), was formed in June 2020 to provide summer internships to college students whose financial services internships were negatively impacted by COVID. The three founders (Joseph Craven, Joseph P. Gennaco, Robert Job, CFA) have had long careers in investment management, and wish to give back to first generation students who seek to potentially enter the industry. The mission is to help prepare diverse groups of students to begin their journey by researching critical issues that are facing the industry. The students are grouped together as teams, each with a mentor, and will meet with that mentor on a regular basis to guide them in their research and writing. They will also have the opportunity to engage with outside members of the industry to discuss the issues as they conduct their research and formulate their opinions.
