(S)anjay Garg, (A)jay Kapoor & (R)ajesh Arora (all practicing Chartered Accountants) with an objective to take over the existing firm Arora Rajesh & Company which was established on 1st August, 1991. The process of merger could be completed in Dec, 2013 due to pending statutory compliances/ assignments.
