Cooking has always been a part of the Sardelis family; originating from Greek & Peruvian origins, this family has had a passion for Peruvian cuisines and an undying love for their families. Wanting to create a place to bring their families together & allow other cultures to experience their delicious and flavorful cuisines, two cousins decided to to build a foundation for their dreams to become reality. In the midst of Summer 2008, Phil E. & Phil G. Sardelis decided to open up their first restaurant named after their family; Sardis Pollo A La Brasa.. On July 25, 2008, Sardis A La Brasa opened its first location in Beltsville, MD; where it continues to thrive and helped expedite their success into more than 15 locations within the DMV area. The continued growth of the family business has been fueled by outstanding customer service & food quality provided to our guest which has continually increased the demand for our products
