Schaerer Contracting is the result of Successful projects and long lasting relationships beginning with Warner Pap Schaerer in 1927. Warner Schaerer was the first generation contractor of that era working in Plastering. Emil Tucker Schaerer I joined the company in 1935, at 21 years of age, and continued to grow the business while delivering the family tradition of Skilled Quality workmanship and successful relationships throughout the Southeast. In 1968 Schaerer Contracting incorporated lead by third Generation E. T. Bud Schaerer II, an Army Lieutenant in the 1st Armored Division Strategic Combat Command A. Using his Military leadership skills, he continued to grow the business into the General Contracting Company it is today and enjoyed many successful large scale projects in his tenure.
