The School of Higher Education Ltd (SHEL) was established in 1998 with the main aim of providing quality international education at an affordable rate to citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. Our goal is to provide programmes that are RELEVANT, since this ensures that our graduates deliver enhanced productive output to match local industrial requirements to cater more specifically to shortcomings in both our construction and business sectors. All of SHELS programme offerings are covered by many accrediting bodies, recognitions, and membership.
