We have experience in processing H-1B visas, L visas for intra-company transfers, TN visas under NAFTA, E treaty trader visas, O visas for those with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics and P visas, among others. We represent individuals in all areas of family-based immigration law including immediate relative petitions, fiance petitions and naturalization applications. In the area of naturalization applications, we have successfully litigated Writs of Mandamus in federal court, forcing the USCIS to act where it has unreasonably delayed action on an approvable application
