Schulte Marine Concept is the newbuilding arm of the Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), providing comprehensive spectrum of technical and management services for newbuilding, conversion and retrofit projects and for the fleet in service. Our project tailored services range from the concept design and design consultancy, project feasibility studies, thru shipyards and subcontractors vetting, contract negotiations, plan approval, site supervision, to ship inspections, Ballast Water Treatment retrofits, vessels trim optimization software. We operate thru permanent regional offices in Shanghai (head office) in China and in Hong Kong and thru project dedicated site offices scattered throughout the world shipbuilding markets.
