Scottish HR Leadership Group

The Scottish HR Leadership Group (SHRLG) was established in 2018, with an aim of building a true community of senior HR practitioners in Scotland. Today, in partnership with FWB Park Brown, we run an Executive Board made up of distinguished senior HR Leaders from a broad spectrum of sectors, who are helping to shape the People agenda across their organisations and the profession. We also run an Operating Board, made up of talented HR leaders who are helping to shape and implement the work of the Executive Board. Our Operating board also benefit from mentorship from our Executive Board and other key senior HR leaders across Scotland. Both these boards aim is to build an impactful HR community in Scotland, well do this by: Strengthening capability in ourselves, our teams and our networks.
