SDSU Adaptive Fitness Clinic

The mission of the SDSU Adaptive Fitness Clinic is to provide safe and affordable access to fitness for people with disabilities, while demonstrating excellence in educational programs and community service. The vision of the SDSU Adapative Fitness Clinic is to ease the transition between acute rehabilitative care and long-term, personal fitness to allow participants the opportunity to achieve their greatest level of independence. The SDSU Adaptive Fitness Clinic is a community outreach program through the School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University that serves individuals from the San Diego region with minor to severe physical and neuromuscular disabilities as well as those interested in Active Aging and offers them the opportunity to reach their fitness and exercise goals.
