We specialize on Manning Chemical Tanker Vessels with routes to Asia, Middle East and South America. SDV is duly licensed by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to engage in the business of Ships crew manning for international ocean going vessels and recruitment of shipboard personnel and other related maritime activities. We are also connected with NCCI Marine Inc., a Ship Management and Ship Agency Company, duly registered with Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA). Our company has been in operation for more than 30 years being formally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last May 10, 1989. Our regular office day/hours are Mondays to Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm
