Season + Taste is a small, independent hospitality company with big ambitions. Founders of three Bristol restaurants: Bravas, Gambas and Cargo Cantina. Our mission is to serve simple, freshly prepared, high quality food and drinks in an atmosphere that is both welcoming and fun. The companys goal is to be a financial success whilst giving customers top quality food and drink, respecting our suppliers and giving back to the community we are a part of. Most importantly for the future of our business our aim is to create real career opportunities with great prospects which are sadly very rare in hospitality. We want to change this. This is part of our long term business plan. Season + Taste is a company that will reward long term employees with shares in the business and therefore much greater responsibility and shared ownership of a business that they work in. We believe our team should all be constantly training and progressing professionally and we support them in doing so
