Seasons Care Dietitian Network is Canadas Largest Dietitian Network. Founded in 1996, Seasons Care has grown organically to become the leaders in Dietitian services in Canada. We are Experts in Seniors Nutrition and we are proud to offer our partners the most current, evidence based and caring Dietitian services in the industry. In the Long Term Care environment Seasons Care provides onsite Dietitian services based on MOHLTC standards, consulting, menu planning, policy and procedure development, education programs and QIP programs. In Retirement Homes we work with the homes to ensure the RHRA regulations are being met. We provide menu consultation including a comprehensive menu approval process, proactive individual consultation services, quarterly audits and site specific audits as needed.
