Seazen Resources Capital Group Limited and its subsidiaries (the Group) are principally engaged in security brokerage and underwriting services, asset management services, and money lending services in Hong Kong since 2012. The Group has two licensed corporations to carry out types 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities supervised under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The money lending business of the Group is mainly providing mortgages, personal loans, and corporate loans to small to medium-sized companies in Hong Kong. The Group has been involved in 42 bond placing deals and 28 IPO underwriting deals from 2018 to 2021 with a total amount of fundraised of about US$9.9 bn. The Group also manages three flagship funds, Global High Yield Fixed Income Fund, Multi-strategies Fund, and Student Housing Fund in Hong Kong for its valuable investors.
