Seeding Success

Seeding Success works to improve outcomes for every child in Memphis and Shelby County from cradle to career, by connecting institutions, community organizations, policies, and resources in a results-focused system of accountability. We work to achieve better results by engaging the community, advancing equity, developing a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging existing research. We measure our impact based on four community goals: -Every child is prepared for success in school; -Every student is successful in school and graduates ready for college, career, and success in life; -Every youth who is not in school is reconnected to education, training, or employment opportunities; and -Every young adult has access to a post-secondary opportunity or career that can improve their economic and social mobility. We believe that supporting these outcomes will give every child the opportunity to improve their economic and social mobility
