SEJEGA Ltd. Was established in 1994. It was started as a small private operation. The initial introduction into the local market with a limited number of products, such as few food creams and syrups, was successful. SEJEGA started to become known from a ever increasing number of consumers. In 1995 the company started the salad dressings (Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Lemon Juice), Russian Salad, Fergesa etc. Later on, in parallel with the development of the Fast Food Market, production of Ketch-Up, Mustard, Xaxiq, Spicy Sauces and other products of this kind started in the company. SEJEGA became the first private company and remainded as such until recently, supplying about 70% of the Fast Foods market demand in Albania.
