While Select Properties does the majority of its business in the area of central and eastern Virginia, our client lists include locations in Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina. Our client base includes properties in Richmond, the Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula, Williamsburg, and Northern Virginia. Select Properties is very familiar with the zoning ordinances, conditions and development practices in these areas and has reliable contacts in other localities to assist us. We do not attempt to be all things to all markets and we pride ourselves on the quality of our listings, not the quantity. We know the high end better than many and we concentrate on taking the property to the buyer. What we do, we do well.
