Our vision is child welfare transformed. A world where every childs dreams can come true. Fostering dreams for foster children. We believe all children deserve a family, whether that is by being adopted or by being there as an extended family for youth that age out we believe family is everything. We believe in collective impact. Collective Impact is a means by which people come together in a structured way to achieve social change.
