1) Taking care of Cafeteria, Travels, Transportation, Stationary, Office Infrastructure, Security, maintenance. Work, Housekeeping etc for all the group companies. 2) Effective Vendor Management - Purchasing, Tendering, Negotiation, finalization of Contracts and rates. 3) Auditing of Fire Fighting Equipments and plans for updation on the same. 4) Liaising with Local Police and other statuary govt. bodies. 5) Formulation, Implementation of new policies and procedures to upgrade the system and practices. 6) Plan for taking up new projects where we can reach to maximum employee satisfaction - in relation with employee welfare schemes. 7) Taking care of recruitment - in relation with admin, facilities, security, fire, safety etc. 8) Impart on job / induction Training to all new joinees of the company and time to time organizing training on soft / technical skills
