SENDirect

SENDirect is a personalisation service which launched Nationally in January 2015. The online service allows parents and professionals to: > see what choices are available to them, how much things cost and what other people think of them > access information about rights > access guidance on how to tell what impact particular support or activities could have on outcomes for their child and, crucially, influence the development of new and different services that better meet their childs needs. SENDirects online service is enhanced by our training, events and consultancy which support organisations to adapt their planning, delivery and financial models to be more flexible and able to meet individual needs. What is SENDirect for? Families have told us that lots of support, activities and services dont meet their childrens needs, and that it is stressful and time consuming finding those that do.
