Nata nel 2009 a Lipsia (Germania), SENEC sviluppa e produce sistemi daccumulo intelligenti ed offre una gamma completa di prodotti e servizi per lautosufficienza energetica. Con oltre 100.000 accumuli e 300 MW di pannelli solari venduti al 2022, lazienda e tra i leader di mercato nel fotovoltaico. Nel 2018, e entrata a far parte del gruppo EnBW, uno dei principali fornitori di energia in Germania, con 5,5 milioni di clienti ed un fatturato 2021 di 32,2 miliardi di euro. La filiale italiana, SENEC Italia, e nata a maggio 2017 e ha sede a Bari e Milano. Nel 2022 ha ottenuto le certificazioni ISO 9001 e ISO 14001. SENEC ha ricevuto per molti anni il riconoscimento come Top PV Brand Power Storage da EuPD Research e, per due volte, il Premio per lEccellenza Tedesca.
