SERTEM is a Senegalese enterprise that was started in 1998. During its first few years, the company was an exclusive sub-contractor of civil and electrical engineering services to French multinational FOUGEROLLE (today EIFFAGE). As management looked to diversify its activities, SERTEM gradually grew to become a renowned fully integrated designer - builder and real estate developer in West Africa. Driven by our uncompromising stance for quality and by our passion for challenges, our ambition is to elevate the concept of urban development in Africa.
