SET Ministry

SET leads people in need to discover and act on their own capabilities for self-sufficiency, through a blend of science and compassion. SETs vision is a vibrant, productive Milwaukee where people develop to their full potential. Achievements In 2012, SETs Adult Services-Family Care Team was ranked 1st among all Care Management Units in Milwaukee County. SET received the first-ever Presidents Community Impact Award in 2011 from the Medical College of Wisconsin in recognition of the work SET does to improve the health of the community. SET received a Best Practice Award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for services-enriched public housing.
