Shackelford & Associates is a full-service real estate appraisal firm that has been providing top quality appraisals since 1993. We have offices in Raleigh and Greenville. Our coverage areas include the Triangle and a large portion of eastern North Carolina. We have a staff of 12 appraisers, including 4 Certified General Real Estate Appraisers and 4 Certified Residential Appraisers, with 4 of our appraisers having earned their MAI and/or SRA designation. Our large and diverse staff allows us to offer our clients a broad range of quality products and a large coverage area. We provide appraisals for all types of properties including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial. Our firm is a leading conservation easement appraisal firm. We also perform yellow book appraisals for federal acquisitions and we have significant expert witness experience in eminent domain, divorce cases, etc
