About: It is the first ever female university in NWFP, established under the Frontier Women University Act 2004, passed by the Provincial Assembly of NWFP on 5th October 2004 and assented by the Governor NWFP/Chancellor. Aims and Objectives: To enhance the quality of higher education in Pakistan, HEC has set up Quality Assurance Agency. It is to ensure the provision of high quality education compatible with international standards.
