In late 2009, when the Embassy of India, Kabul was looking for a new outsourcing agency to function as their Visa Application center to replace the existing one, M/s. Shahir Tourist and Travel Agency won the bid and have been operating since November 2009. We have highly trained staff who are always willing to help while maintaining the dignity of the office and their personal self and due consideration to the Afghan sensitivities. As an outsource agency our endeavor is to continuously maintain highest levels of efficiency despite various local constraints, including security related ones. Any proposed threat which came to our notice through some sources, were promptly dealt with safe-guarding the life and property of the people visiting our premises. Besides, we have remained in close coordination with the Embassy of India and share the concerns to quell any threat to security
