shareQ is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched in 2012 (Registration number 1206/2012). shareQ is dedicated to designing innovative solutions for social challenges and implementing them in collaboration with NGOs & Social Enterprises. (www.shareq.org) The fields of our projects are social entrepreneurship, online technology & engineering, food service, capacity building and job placement. shareQ has launched 4 main departments; 1. Lebanon Employment Assistance Program (LEAP): In which we support, recruit, train and employ young women and youth facing physical, social and financial challenges so they can have decent jobs and provide better lives for them and their families. 2.
