ShareWares is a pandemic pivot on a mission to end the worlds waste crisis. To start, we have launched a tech-enabled city-wide reusable cup and container share program to replace the need for single-use packaging. However, the software is industry agnostic so it is actually an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) technology that can power circular cities. It not only allows almost any non-consumable product to be bought, returned, tracked, and processed for resale, but also collects data on impact as well as the flow and location of materials within communities. The deposit-based platform is plug & play so its rapidly scalable, and as a result, ShareWares has already partnered with notable organizations like Tim Hortons, Skip the Dishes, and The City of Vancouver. We believe the end of the worlds waste crisis is not only possible, but could happen in years instead of decades
