Shayona Land Corporation

Since 1989, the success story of Shayona Land Corporation is attributed to the fact of delivering around 40 projects in Ahmedabad and Gujarat. Belonging to a farmer community, Sureshbhai along with his uncle Late Bharatbhai Patel had a vision to embark on a journey for ensuring well-being of others in 1989. Prior to embarking on their mission, they sought divine intervention from their BAPS spiritual leader His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj and laid the first foundation stone of Meghaninagar scheme in 1989. Thereafter, 400 homes were executed by them at fast pace. This eventually led to the commencement of Shayona Land Corporation -- the name Shayona coined after three Divine Gurus, Shastriji Maharaj, Yogiji Maharaj, and Narayan Swarup Das who is also fondly described as Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
