Sheffield Mencap & Gateway supports children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, and their families. From our home at Norfolk Lodge in Sheffield, our charity offers learning and development opportunities, social activities, sports and fitness, and a range of projects for children and young people. We work closely with families and carers to help them to access services, benefits and to plan for the future. Our Carers Outreach Project team bring carers and their relatives together to help build mutually supportive networks, create new friendships and to prevent loneliness and isolation.
