Shepherds Clinic

Since 1991, volunteer-driven Shepherds Clinic has been an innovator in providing health care for the uninsured. We provide comprehensive health care for those who cannot afford commercial insurance and do not qualify for government assistance. These services are available through hundreds of dedicated volunteers. Patients are asked to donate the equivalent of one hours wage for an office visit or $9.00 if they are currently unemployed. All clinic patients (ages 1964) fall under 200% of poverty and most are either working or live in a household with an employed individual. Shepherds Clinic is an integrative and patient-centered healthcare setting where patients receive interdisciplinary care including primary care, lab work, nutrition consults, massage, acupuncture, and behavioral health appointments, yoga classes,and smoking cessation sessions from volunteer providers who benefit from the chance to practice in a multidisciplinary and patient-centered setting.
