Sherborne Preparatory School

Sherborne Prep is situated in the centre of the bustling market town of Sherborne, with 12 acres of beautiful grounds. Recently rated Excellent in our ISI Inspection report, we pride ourselves in offering children a broad and exciting curriculum with further opportunities to try new activities or sports on Saturday Mornings or in Enrichment at the end of the school day. The strong academic programme is supported by outdoor learning within a 22-acre site in the Sherborne Castle grounds as well as extension opportunities through close partnerships with Sherborne School and Sherborne Girls. With a direct train to and from Waterloo and nearby airports, Sherborne Prep is ideally positioned as a rural Dorset School with excellent transport links. Most children join Pre-Prep or Year 3, but they are welcome to join all year groups if space is available.
