We provide a 3-month, whole-person optimization program that helps Veterans and First Responders heal from physical and mental trauma. Our program is offered at no cost to participants and is fully supported by donations. The program includes one month of in-person treatment at EXOS in Phoenix, AZ, or Gulf Breeze, FL, followed by two months of telehealth care to continue supporting our service athletes as they transition back to daily life.
