Shiksharth is a not-for-profit organisation working towards improving the quality of education in rural and tribal areas through action-based research, design and implementation. And to make that happen we need to break the language and contextualpedagogy barrier in schools leading to better learning outcomes for children. The core philosophy of the project is based on Mahatma Gandhis philosophy of community taking ownership of its institutions. And to make that happen we need to engage the communities in our schools at more customised, contextual and transaction level.
