Short Construction Ltd was formed at the beginning of 2010 with a view of becoming the areas leading quality housebuilder. The bulk of our work is residential, however we do carry out a number of commercial projects which include schemes in the following sectors: Care homes including a framework agreement for Barchester, repeat contracts for Kids Planet - kids nursery provider, retail spaces, warehouses, office buildings, restaurants and leisure facilities and these have ranged in value from 700k to over 5m. Primarily though we are known for our residential expertise and in this sector our core projects tend to be bespoke one off new build houses, complete re-model / refurbishment projects or small multiple unit sites, generally upto a maximum of 20 properties and these can all range in value between 750k - 6m.
