Shuaa Energy 3 is the SPV Company established to develop the fifth phase of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum solar park which once completed will have a capacity of 900MW of Solar PV. Shuaa Energy 3 is owned by DEWA, ACWA Power and Gulf Investment Corporation and entered into a Power Purchase Agreement of 25 years to generate clean energy that will ultimately contribute to Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050
