Born and raised in the narrow lanes of Calcutta and Santiniketan, Sienna is a homegrown brand that tells the story of Bengal through its craft and food design. It all started in Santiniketan, a village town about 200km away from Calcutta. Here Sienna works closely with indigenous artisans who handcraft ceramics, textiles, wood work, among others. In 2015, Sienna expanded into F&B with a keen focus on food design using local and seasonal ingredients. Our ceramics and textile units have been operating since 1993 solely to support local artisans. Today Sienna retails and produces handicrafts, textiles, apparel, stationary, jewellery and many other crafts. Sienna continues to work with artisans of Bengal to support their craft, with its contemporary designs thereby creating unique products that are thoughtfully made.
