Gutierrez with the strong and steady guidance of his chief collaborator and CFO, Mrs. Maribel N. Gutierrez. The Business started on February 19, 2001 as a single proprietorship; Its main operations were on outdoor advertising with the use of billboards and lease of billboard sites. The name Sights & Sites was coined by the President; it connotes that Sights is for capturing the awareness of the people for advertising, while Sites is for the strategic location of the billboard structures. Its Billboard leasing site operations started in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, which started with 6 sites and eventually grew into 44 lease sites which now include regional operations in key cities nationwide.
