Signal Arts Centre

Signal Arts Centre is an independent non-profit Visual Arts Centre. We host a new exhibition every fortnight, run classes in ceramics, classical drawing and facilitate community open studio days for local organisations. We hire out workspace, kiln and studio to artists and have a membership of c100 artists/arts workers. We run a Community Employment Programme which employs out of work artists providing training, mentoring, access to facilities and networking opportunities, We have been in operation since 1990, run an annual Open Show with a prize of 1000
