Simplicitys business focus is the management of UCITS funds using its proprietary Simplicity investment model. The investment models strength and strategy are based on every transaction carried out by the fund being statistically justified. Simplicity AB is an independent asset management company based in Varberg, Sweden. The company received its licence to conduct asset management operations from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on September 2, 2002. The fund companys first fund, Simplicity Norden, was launched on September 23, 2002, and the performance since fund start is among the best in its category. Simplicity is a member of The Swedish Investment Fund Association. Today, Simplicity is managing equity funds focusing on emerging markets and the Nordic region.
