The Singapore National Cooperative Federation (SNCF) is the national Apex body that represents Singapores co-operative movement (more information on SNCF is available at: www.sncf.coop). Co-operative is a form of Social Enterprise (SE) and today, the Movement boasts a base of 890,000 members.
