Sinobo Group Co., Ltd. (Sinobo Group) was founded in 2005 as an investment holding company focusing on industrial and strategic investments. Sinobo Groups current investments are primarily concentrated in mining and property, as well as the internet. Sinobo Land Co., Ltd. (Sinobo Land), Sinobo Mining Investment Co., Ltd. (Sinobo Mining) and Sinobo Technology Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (Sinobo Technology) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Sinobo Group and serve as independent operations and management platforms for their respective sectors.
