Her sister companies are Evripos Tugs Shipping Co, a tug / salvage owning company, and Evia Shipping Agencies, dealing with ship agency. Main activity of these companies is conducted by the companys private offices, where 27 people are employed. The company is located in the city of halkis, of Evia island, which is 80 km from the port of Piraeus and about 1 hour and 10 minutes from the central airport of Athens, Eleutherios Venizelos (Spata).
