SIYB - Start And Improve Your Business

Start Your Business (SYB) programme is for potential entrepreneurs who want to start a small business and already have a concrete business idea. The programme is a combination of training, fieldwork and after-training support, and helps participants assess their readiness to start a business and to prepare a business plan and evaluate its viability. Funded by the Government of Norway, the Egypt Youth Employment (EYE) programme at the International Labour Organization - Cairo Office comprises a number of short, medium, and long-term interventions to address unemployment challenges in Egypt, including the provision of training programmes that contribute to establishing a better business environment for emerging, medium, small and micro-enterprises. In addition, the EYE programme works to promote awareness on entrepreneurship by availing training packages and curricula that enhance the capabilities and skills of entrepreneurs and guide them towards starting their businesses
