More than a primary care provider in San Joaquin County, San Joaquin Health Centers (SJ Health) is recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center Lookalike (FQHC-LAL) and 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization bringing health services to county residents through comprehensive health center sites in Stockton and French Camp, as well as an expanding mobile outreach delivery system. Operating in one of Californias most diverse and underserved regions, SJ Health serves over than 30,000 unique patients annually through over 130,000 visits.
