The Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD/CDCC) was founded on 18 April 1997. The SKDD is a company which operates as a central securities depository and a registry of dematerialized securities, where data on issuers, securities, securities accounts, securities holders and other legally required data is kept in the form of electronic record. The SKDD performs its business operations primarily pursuant to the Capital Market Act, and its work is supervised by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, pursuant to the Act on the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency. The SKDD provides depository services, clearing and settlement services, and other services.
