Skill Scaffolding Ltd was founded in 1992 by Paul Skilton. Skill began with just one scaffolding team, and we now have over 20 teams out on a daily basis erecting the scaffold. 25 years since we were founded, and we are now one of the largest privately owned scaffolding companies in Southampton, run by a team of 4 Directors all of whom have worked their way up through the ranks over many years with Skill! At the head of this team is Alan Skilton, following in the footsteps of his Father, Paul. The team of directors are supported by 2 Supervisors who manage the workforce on a daily basis, and one Quality Control Manager.
