Be the best you can: Skinners Academy provides a world class education for students, aged 11-19, in a modern state of the art building in Woodberry Grove area of Hackney. We pride ourselves on our culture of high expectation for every student and are committed to cultivating a happy, caring and respectful environment. Students have access to academic and vocational qualifications as well as a wide range of curricular and enrichment (extra-curricular) activities; our aim is to help them become well rounded adults who are empowered to positively contribute to their local and global community. The Academy is also a centre of excellence specialising in enterprise. In December 2018, the Academy achieved a Wellbeing Award for Schools, recognising commitment to the wellbeing of students and staff.
