We call ourselves the Smart Trip Family - although we come from different places and have different backgrounds, our staff becomes a family from the moment they arrive in Italy. We are passionate about helping young travelers open their minds to different cultures around the world through travel. The Smart Trip staff is a group of young, outgoing travel experts, who are dedicated to providing students with the best travel and study abroad experience possible. Many of our staff members were study abroad students themselves, meaning they understand how exciting it is to be abroad for the first time. Our team goes through a rigorous training program, ensuring they are prepared to handle any situation on tour and ensure the safety of our travelers.
