SmartChip Integration (SCI), a fabless IC design company in Suzhou Industrial Park, was founded by Institute of Semiconductors of Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISCAS) and China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Company (CSVC), in Sep 2006.
